All orders are subject to acceptance by us and availability. 

All Artworks are originals.

All details you provide us with, must be true and accurate and you need to be an authorised user of the credit or debit card used to place your order and ensure there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods.

By making an order to purchase our artwork you expressly authorise us to perform credit checks and where we consider it necessary to obtain credit/debit card reports and to authenticate your identity and to validate your credit/debit card and credit/debit card authorisation. You agree that we may use personal information provided by you in order to conduct anti-fraud checks and for this purpose personal information may be disclosed to a credit reference or fraud prevention agency which may keep a record of that information. Please see Privacy Policy for further information about how we use your data.

You undertake that all goods ordered by you are for your own private and domestic use only and are not for resale. Aniela Designs reserves the right to restrict multiple quantities of an item shipped to any one customer or postal address.

After you place an order you will receive an order confirmation email from Paypal acknowledging we have received an order. This email is not an acceptance of your order, just a confirmation that we have received you order. We will confirm our acceptance of your order to you by sending you a further email outlining the timeframe.

We reserve the right not to accept your order in our discretion for any reason whatsoever without liability. As an example: this may occur during periods of high demand, therefore our workload may prevent the satisfactory completion of your order. 

All prices shown are in GBP (£). The price of a product displayed on the site at the time the order is placed will be valid except in the case of clear and unmistakable error.

If your credit card is not denominated in GBP (£), the final price will be calculated in accordance with the applicable exchange rate on the day the card issuer processes the transaction.

The price of an item does not include delivery charges. Our delivery charges are as advised to you during the check out process before your submission of your order. If your delivery is outside of the UK you may have to pay import duties and taxes which may be levied once a shipment reaches your country. It is your responsibility to pay any additional charges for custom fees and clearance and note that customs policies and fees vary from country to country and are outside our control or responsibility.

Whilst we make every effort to display our artwork as accurately as possible, the colours displayed may not be exact as computer screens vary in colour brightness and calibration, so we cannot guarantee that your display of any colour will be completely accurate.
