Artworks are photographed as carefully and accurately as possible but slight variations in colour may occur due to screen settings and browsers.

Aniela Designs uses PayPal or Square to accept payments in GBP.

You do not need a PayPal account as PayPal enables you to make payments using your credit or debit card.

Delivery costs will be added at checkout.

All artwork is signed

A certificate of authenticity is included

Artwork will be carefully package to avoid damage in transit.

All artwork is insured during transit.

Once your payment has been accepted 

Most orders of original paintings will be packed and shipped within 5-7 working days 

Shipping details will be provided so you can track its progress.  

UK DELIVERY:   

Royal Mail *Next Day Special Delivery Orders will usually be delivered within 1 working day from date of dispatch and will require a signature. 

Royal Mail will aim to delivery the parcel before 1 p.m. but it may take a little longer if you live on an island. If you are not available to receive the parcel, then Royal Mail will automatically re-deliver on the next working day, or you can collect from your nearest postal depot.  

EUROPEAN DELIVERY:  

Delivery of orders will usually take between 3 - 5 days from dispatch.

Aniela Designs collects the details you provide when you place an order or contact us.

We will use your contact details to communicate with you and dispatch your order. 

When you enter our checkout you are taken to a secure page. Our payment page is hosted by PayPal or Square. By using this payment facility no credit card information is ever sent to Aniela Designs. We therefore cannot store your credit card details or share them with any 3rd party

Our privacy policy ensures all the information we keep about you is solely for the use of Aniela Designs and we will not share this information with any other company, organisation or individual, unless there is the suspicion of fraudulent activity on this website.
